Assam University is a vast University based in Silchar. The people here are from different states and cultures which makes the University very diverse and interesting. Our University also conducts various events and fests frequently. We celebrate both religious and cultural festivals as well. Even different sports as organized. All the different departments are involved in these events. Outsiders are also allowed here. The Assam University has a very good balance of extra curriculum activities and studies.Read Full Review

The university has many other colleges affiliated with it, which makes it possible for the people of many states to take admission and be comfortable around the University.
