Admission Process:
Candidates can apply for admission in maximum 2 departments. However, they must submit separate application forms in both the departments.
Assam University provides scholarships to the meritorious and needy students. Ishan Uday Scholarship Scheme is awarded to the North Eastern domicile students who have taken admission in the engineering courses offered by Triguna Sen School of Technology. To avail the Scholarship, they must fulfil the eligibility criteria available on the official website.
Financially weak students are provided with endowment scholarships. Students can also apply for these on the National Scholarship Portal.

Assam University is dedicated to preparing the students for the upcoming challenges through its extensive curriculum. The Career Counselling Cell provides counselling services to the students and assists them in identifying their talents and career paths. The Training & Placement Cell of the University organises placement activities such as lectures and workshops by industry experts and placement consultants to groom the students professionally. Students are trained to prepare their resume so as to outshine the others in presentation skills.
