SRM University Sonipat BCA Fees Structure 2025 & Admission Process

The Department of Computer Sciences at the University conducts BCA programs. It strives to graduate computer professionals making them capable of designing, interpreting, developing and analysing principles of computer systems and to prepare them for challenging opportunities. It offers a platform for students to learn about the latest technologies through interdisciplinary learning.

The University offers 3 year BCA programs to students. It also accepts international admissions in BCA programs.

Students are requested to go through the Eligibility Criteria mentioned below before proceeding with the application process for seeking admission.

National Admissions

• 50% marks in HSC or equivalent with English as one of the subject

Or

• 50% in aggregate in any exam after class 10^th recognised by State Board of Technical Education

Or

• Qualified 3 year Diploma

International Admissions

• Any qualification from Boards of Higher Education or Foreign Universities equivalent to HSC of India
• Admissions are based on the guidelines of AIU and statutory bodies

The University does not conduct any entrance exam for BCA programs

National Students

• Students will have to register themselves by filling in the mentioned details
• Verify their email id that was shared at the time of registration
• Students will receive their login credentials on registered email id
• Login using registered credentials
• Fill the Application Form
• Attest required documents
• Pay Application Fee
• Submit the form

International Students

Students can apply either online through the certified portal of the university or offline by contacting the admission office. To apply online students are required to follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1

• Visit https://admissions.srmuniversity.ac.in/
• Apply / Register by filling in the mentioned details in prescribed format
• Pay the registration fee

Step 2

• To obtain VISA, Directorate of International Affairs will give a Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) to students

Step 3

• To obtain researcher / student visa, students are required to submit PAL to Indian Embassy in their respective country
