The Faculty is headed by the experienced and guidance of Dr. M Manickam who believes that excellent technocrat is being nourished by the excellent institution. He induced tie-ups with international institutions. He is a believer of ‘earn while you learn ‘ as it caters to the need of the student who doesn’t have sufficient money for their daily chores.
The faculty members are highly qualified, they believe in providing students with a high quality of education. They also believe in providing them with vast experience in the practical field. It is done by giving them open exposure in international institutions, in their given field. The Institute has about 90 Ph.D. holders in the field of Plant Breeding and Genetics, Agronomy, Social science, and Agricultural Chemistry, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Social Science, Horticulture, etc.
The faculty members provide an interactive and innovative way of teaching so that they don’t get exhausted and bored. They make the study interesting and enjoyable. Some of the well-known faculty members are Dr. M Manickam, Dr. R Muthu Krishnan, Dr. T. Pradeesh Kumar, Dr. R Krishnamoorthy, etc.
