As I am still a student of College of Technology, Pantnagar. I know the worth of being in this amazing institution. The events that held here are of top-notch quality. Once you have attended any of these events, you will less likely to forget it in your entire lifetime. We began attending colleges once again after the COVID-19 break. The institution didn't put any pressure of attending classes, instead, they made us had fun with multiple programs like Interaction with seniors, batch mates and professors. Overall, I haven’t got a chance to enjoy it a lot currently. During our first year, we got the first two semesters in campus, and then happened a break, to which we never got a chance to return due to covid-19. Besides, my first year went extremely well. Hostel experience, away from home was good. College studies went well, and are also currently going well. Our second year almost went online except we had the privileged to be there before the second semester for 3 weeks, where we reconnected with the best of Pantnagar moments again. My experience at GBPUA&T altogether was more of learning than that of fun. As I have opted for a B.Tech course, I am fully satisfied with the choice I made four years back. I have had many first experiences both at hostel and at college. The competitive environment has boosted up my skills and knowledge regarding my subject. Besides the Tundra greenery in the campus, its optimum isolation from the hustling cities provided the best surroundings for my learning and growth at the most crucial stage of my life. College of Technology, Pantnagar which is one of the nine colleges of Pantnagar University is affiliated to AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation).

It also works in association with World Bank project for Technical Education Quality Improvement Program (TEQIP) and is a Regional Academy Centre of CISCO. The admission process was fairly simple as is with other technical colleges. I applied online for the admission with my branch preferences and had to produce my JEE (mains) scorecard. After the first counseling I was allotted Civil Engineering according to my preference and then had to visit the premises for document verification and seat locking.
