Incepted in the year 2008, Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Research has assured a quality education in the core engineering branches. As a newly established college, the institute ascertained that education is imparted in an environment equipped with advanced technology, sufficient academic amenities, discipline and social ethics. RGCER is the youngest college in India to receive NBA accreditation. Admission to this college is as per the scores in the state-level engineering entrance examination. I joined this college in the year 2009, as such I was a part of the first few foundation batches of RGCER. I chose this college as I was getting the branch of my choice. Another reason is that the college is a part of the Meghe Group of Institutions that has a good record in education as well as placement. As a newly established institute, the management and faculty had made sure that the functioning of the college should be very organized and structured. We were expected to strictly adhere by the rules and regulations of the college. The faculty members regularly motivated and encouraged us to have a good academic record and assure a bright future for ourselves, as we were few of those to have an opportunity to set the trend for this brand new institute.Read Full Review
