JDCOEM Nagpur has a Training & Placement Cell that has a mission to offer adequate training to its students through implementing continuous training modules. The team of the T & P Cell consists of experienced and skilled members who supervise all its activities. It has a Campus Recruitment Training Program that has been designed to train students according to the present corporate requirements. This training module consists of the following activities:

• Making Students Industrial

Engineering and MBA students of the college have to undergo industrial training and internship to understand the current requirement of industry. These internships also assist them in acquiring the right aptitude, skills, and knowledge.

The leading recruiters of the college are HCL, Wipro, Hexaware Technologies, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Amazon, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, etc.

Students of JD College of Engineering and Management are offered a well-designed campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure where creativity, collaborative learning, and intellectual conversations are encouraged for their holistic development. There are numerous well-lit classrooms within the campus that are equipped with AV devices and other facilities. The facilities provided within the college’s campus are stated below:

• Library: The campus has a Swami Vivekananda Library within the campus that is a centre of various books from multiple disciplines. The library has a Reference Room, a Reading Room, a Computer Centre, and a Discussion Room. The collection here stored includes Engineering, Basic Science, Environment, Humanities, Management, Applied Science, Self-Improvement, and Language books.
• Laboratories: There are labs and studios within the campus that provide ideal space for students to explore, observe, practice, resolve, and acquire practical skills with the use of machines and tools.
• Conference Hall: It is a perfect place to conduct Paper Presentations, Guest Lectures, Seminars, Panel Discussions, and other similar activities.
• Auditorium: There are around 2 auditoriums within the campus namely Rabindranath Tagore Auditorium and APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium. These auditoriums have vast seating capacity and adequate facilities to conduct theatre, academic events, music performances, and other activities.
• Centre of Performing Arts: It is a centre hub where cultural activities like theatre, music, and dance are conducted.
• Cafeteria: This aesthetically designed spacious cafeteria serves vegetarian and healthy food that includes breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks.
• Transportation: To ensure students reach the campus safely, the college offers transportation services.
