The college was established in the year 1993 with three-business schools spread on the land of Delhi, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon. The college received accreditation by the SAQS (South Asia Quality Improvement System). The system is the result of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the Association of Management Development Institutes of South Asia (AMDISA) in the form of a special projectunder the Asia Link program.
Besides accepting scores from the common aptitude tests in India, the institute also has its own entrance exams. Students are required to maintain at least 75% attendance in order to qualify for writing their semester examinations. It has a small library within the campus that features related course books.
