The IMI Kolkata is a private B-School that was established in the year 2010. The college has AICTE accreditations to its name and the institute offers as many as 6 courses in management studies. PGDM from IMI holds a certain value as the institute has two more branches in Delhi and Bhubaneshwar. The IMI Delhi is the most established one as it is into existence since last 4 decades. IMI Kolkata admissions are purely based on merit and candidates can be familiar with eligibility criteria mentioned on their website. IMI Kolkata PGDM courses have different criteria as for Executive PGDM; one has to have a compulsory work experience and entrance scores also varies for different specializations. All the criteria are listed below:

• The entire academics are checked and therefore students should have at least 50% in 10^th, 12^th and graduation to be eligible for admissions at IMI.
• The students should have an UG degree Bachelor's degree of at least three years of full-time education. Students with a correspondence UG degree will not be granted admissions to IMI.
• The cut-off dates for application are mentioned on their site and one can apply for IMI Kolkata while they are in their final year of graduation.
• Students should have appeared for competitive exams like XAT, CAT, and GMAT, etc. IMI has its own entrance too and they can appear for that too.
• Students with required cut-offs are then called for a GD & PI rounds and after clearing that only, students stand a chance to have admissions at IMI.
• International students will have to provide English Proficiency Test scores.

Online

• Students can navigate the official IMI website for online admissions.
• Application for PGDM batch can be downloaded directly from the website.
• Students can fill all the required details along with their entrance scores.
• In the dropdown, one will find ‘Personal Interview Venue’ and interviews are mostly held in February every year in almost all the prominent cities in India and students can choose the city close to their vicinity.
• At the end, students will be asked to pay the required application fees and submit the application form.

Immediately after the application submission, an application number will be generated and you can check the status for further reference.

For convenience students are advised to take a print out of the application number.

Offline

• Download the application form from the university official website.
• Fill the form and attach the scanned copies of all the required documents.
• Submit the same at the admission counter of the university physically.
