The Placement and Training Cell at BTI Bangalore focuses on offering Placement Oriented Programs for students. It is also responsible to monitor and organise employment opportunities and campus interviews for its students. It believes in grooming and moulding personalities of students according to the requirements of industries. At the Industry-promoted centres, students are trained by helping them to connect with companies through lectures, internships, live projects, and workshops. Apart from inculcating technical and academic skills within the students’ personalities, the institute also helps them in developing problem solving skills, communication skills, teamwork spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset.
The Career Guidance Cell of the institute works in association with the Placement and Training Cell to provide students with career advice according to their skills.
