Bachelor of Technology is a four-year program that imparts knowledge and technical skills in a specific domain of Engineering. The specializations offered by the institute are Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Information Technology.
A candidate who wishes to apply for B. Tech course must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects. Along with these subjects, Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subjects must also be part of the curriculum. Minimum 40% marks are required in the subjects altogether. Candidate must have passed any of the entrance exams like Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test, JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced), COMED-K, Karnataka CET or any Engineering Entrance Exam at State level.
Candidate willing to take admission directly in third semester also known as B. Tech lateral entry must have completed Diploma in appropriate branch of engineering with 45% marks.
Master of Technology is a two-year course that offers advanced and in-depth knowledge of specific specialization. The specializations offered by the institute are Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Information Technology.
Candidate willing to take admission in this course must have minimum 55% marks in B. Tech/B.E from a recognized University in relevant stream.
Ph.D. deals with advanced research in the field of science, technology, and engineering. Institute offers this course in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The study duration is a minimum of three years and maximum for six years.
Candidate willing to take admission in Ph.D. must have completed Postgraduate degree with minimum 55% marks in an Engineering discipline and must have scored qualifying marks in Alliance Research Aptitude Test.
