UGI has a Training and Placement Cell or Corporate Relations Center for the professional and successful career of students. It conducts various training programs and placement activities for overall personality development of students. It conducts training programs like Employability Skills Enhancement Program for skill development according to need of market, Gateway to GATE Program for those students who want to pursue higher studies, Verbal Ability Program and Soft Skill Training for skill improvement, Campus Recruitment Training Program for placements, and Technical Training Program for improvement of technical skills.

It also conducts placement activities for students. This includes summer internships, industrial visits, workshops, mock interview sessions, interaction with industrial experts, guest lectures, tests for aptitude, quantitative analysis, reasoning, etc. It also conducts placement drives in which several associated companies visit college for recruitment.

Some of the recruiters are Infosys, Wipro, Tata Steel, Tata Consultancy Services, Google, Asian Paints, Mahindra, HCL, Genpact, Godrej, IBM, Hexaware, Samsung, Infotech, Axis Bank, Panasonic, Mphasis, Reliance Digital, Indusland Bank, LG, etc.

UGI has an excellent infrastructure with a peaceful environment. It has a lush green campus with spacious buildings equipped with modern amenities. Besides academics, various techfests and events are organised in the campus. There are clubs and societies for students to explore their skills and talents. These are Electrical and Electronics Society, CS and IT Society, Mechanical Society, HR Club, Finance Club, Fine Arts Society, etc. Students are also provided with other facilities. • Academic Facilities: It includes well furnished lecture halls equipped with LCD projections, smart board, white boards, etc. for effective learning. It also includes an auditorium, seminar halls, conference halls, etc. for events, workshops, seminars, conferences, presentations, etc. There are experienced faculty members available for students to deliver them quality education.
• Library Facility: The library is stocked with more than 30,000 books, periodicals, research publications, journals, reference materials, etc. Students are also provided with book bank facility and are also allowed to access digital resources for references.
• Hostel Facility: For accommodation of students, there are separate hostels for boys and girls in the campus itself. Students are facilitated with well ventilated and well furnished bedrooms, TV, telephone, internet connectivity, hygienic mess, nutritious food, healthcare assistance, etc.
• Sports Facility: It includes court and playground for outdoor and indoor games. This includes sports like Cricket, Carom, Volleyball, Badminton, Chess, Football, Basketball, etc.
