CT Group of Institutions has a placement cell that offers a wide range of career opportunities to the students for their overall development and growth. It also focuses on organising training and development sessions for enhancing the efficiency and employability of the students. Various national and multinational companies are invited on the campus for recruiting the students. Some of these companies are Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, Radisson, and many more.

The campus of CT Group of Institutions has a pleasant and lush green surrounding that provides a pollution free environment to the students. It has state-of-art-infrastructure and various amenities that play a crucial role in academic and overall growth of the students. The campus has a significant number of classrooms that are spacious and are equipped with modern teaching aids including LCD and projectors. Each classroom has seating arrangements for 60 students. Several seminar rooms, audio-visual rooms and video conferencing facilities are also available at the campus for making the teaching-learning process more engaging and interesting. In addition to this, several other facilities are also available in CT Group of Institutions for the students, some of these are mentioned below:

• Computer Lab: CT Group of Institutions offers a number of computing facilities to the students in order to make them ready for efficiently tackling the technical challenges. The computer lab is accessible to the students and faculty members during the working hours only.
• Hostel: Separate hostel facilities for girls and boys students are provided at CT Group of Institutions. The hostel has well designed and clean blocks. Several recreational facilities like badminton courts, television, table tennis, carom, and chess are also available at the hostels. Due to the increasing importance of the internet in today’s life, 24x7 internet facilities are also available in the hostel. Mess and canteen facilities are also available in the hostel that serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Medical facilities are also available in the hostel for the well being and health of the students.
• Library: The college library has a rich collection of various learning resources for catering to different academic requirements of the students. It has a collection of approx 4621 books, 225 reference books, 17 periodicals, 50 academic CDs, 17 journals, and magazines. Book bank and internet facilities are also available at the library which is accessible to both students and staff members.
• Canteen: There is a clean and hygienic canteen in the campus that provides meals and snacks to the staff members and students at nominal rates. It is a hub that is most preferred by the students for relaxing, having fun and enjoying their meals.
• Auditorium: CT Group of Institutions has a well designed and fully air conditioned auditorium that has a capacity of accommodating approx 1500 people at a time. It is equipped with sound systems, microphones, and lighting systems. Various programs and activities like award ceremonies, cultural activities, question-answer sessions, and more are organised in the auditorium.
• Laboratories: The campus has well equipped laboratories for enhancing the practical knowledge and skill sets of the students.
• Sports Facilities: For maintaining the physical and mental fitness of the students, the CT Group of Institutions provides facilities for different sports like Hockey, Basketball, Football, Cricket, Volleyball, and Athletics. In addition to this, a gymnasium is also available in the campus. It has various exercising equipment and instruments for physical fitness of the students.
• Transportation Facilities: CT Group of Institutions has a fleet of buses and cars that provides safe and secure transport facilities to the students and faculty members. It has approx 50 buses and 12 cars. Along with these, an ambulance facility is also available in the campus for offering emergency services when required.
