Monad University supports professional and business-focused culture education. The TP cell puts high efforts to help entrepreneurs launch startups and businesses. To help students so that they can become leaders, it plans seminars and workshops. The placement activities are conducted with the participation of students under staff guidance.
In the months of June to August of each academic calendar, the cell sends an invitation to potential organisations and companies. It invites them to take part in the campus recruitment at the University campus. At the same time the organisations can also get in touch with the university TP Officer to discuss their needs.
The university's top employers are Maruti Suzuki, TCS, TVS, Wipro, Adani, Techno craft, and YACCA Life sciences.
