The university believes that placement is an important segment of the student’s academic journey and to facilitate the students of KMCLU, the university has established an active and functional Training & Placement Cell. The cell works round the year and maintains professional relations with the recruiting companies. This cell is run by expert and experienced placement officers who understand the reality of the corporate world. To promote creative thinking and to provide the students with insight into the corporate world, cell organises a range of seminars, webinars, workshops, personality development programs, guest lectures, etc. The university prepares the students for their future and makes them industry-ready by offering summer internship programs in a range of companies like Microsoft, NTPC, Eco Health Diagnostic Center, etc. The cell monitors the growth of students at every stage and also guides them with the best.

Some companies and organisations that visit the campus of KMCLU for recruitment are Genpact, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, IBM, Ultra Tech Cement, BHEL, Indian Railways, Nissan, Micromax, HCL, Gillette, Amul, Jio, etc.

Located at Sitapur Hardoi By-Pass Road, the campus of the university is green and its infrastructure is world-class with modern facilities and amenities. To provide a safe and sound university environment to the students, KMCLU has established various committees that look after the issues of the students like the Internal Complaints Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee, Gender Sensitization Committee, etc. The academic building of the university is modern, fully air-conditioned, has smart classrooms with audio-video learning & teaching tools, well-established conference halls, a seminar hall, a well-equipped computer lab, and many other facilities and services like:

• Laboratories: To facilitate the students with practical learning, the university has established various laboratories like Chemistry lab, Physics lab, Media lab, Civil lab, Mechanical lab, etc. All these labs are furnished, equipped, well-lit, and spacious. Language lab is also present on the campus with state-of-the-art facilities that enhance the student’s knowledge in various languages like English, Urdu, Arabic, Persian, etc.
• Library: To facilitate the academic and research needs of the students, the university has established a library known as Ram Prasad Bismil Library. This library offers both printed and online reading resources. It has a collection of reading material in various languages like French, Urdu, Arabic-Persian, etc. The library has a collection of more than 28700+ books, national & international magazines, 7,16,00,000 articles, 800+ national & foreign journals, 13000+ publications, local & regional newspapers, etc. The digital section of the library has subscribed e-books, e-journals, and other online databases along with an excellent Wi-Fi facility. The reading room of the library is very comfortable and can accommodate 90+ students.
• Hostel: To facilitate the students who are coming from other parts of the nation/state, the university has excellent accommodation amenities. KMCLU has separate hostels for boys and girls and each hostel can accommodate up to 250+ students. Wardens, security, and CCTV cameras are present in the campus of the hostel 24/7. The rooms of the hostels are fully furnished, equipped, modern, and spacious. To make the stay of the students friendly and fun, the hostel celebrates and conducts various games and fun activities & events on a regular basis. The hostels have excellent Wi-Fi facilities with in-house mess facilities that offer delicious, healthy, and home-like food cooked in a hygienic and clean environment.
• Sports: For the overall development and growth of the students, the university has established a Sports Club. This club is responsible for providing excellent sports facilities and arrangements to the students in various games. Expert trainers and coaches are present on the campus to train the students. The university has a world-class basketball practice area and a net practice area for cricket. Along with that, the university has a well-built gymnasium with modern working equipment and trainers.
• Medical Facilities: To provide health facilities and services to the students, the university has established a Medical Centre. This centre fulfills the medical needs and requirements of the students and provides medical facilities 24x7. Ambulance facilities are also present on the campus for emergency times.
