Final candidate selection for admission will be based on how well each candidate performed in the situation test and the PI. Each of the selection factors will be given the weightage, and total scores will be produced to admit the student to any course.

Raffles University has a Placement Cell, which is made up of faculty and students, to oversee the placement process. In order to maximise the interest of both the students and the recruiters, the Placement Cell tries to ensure that final recruitments are performed fairly. Recruiters are free to use their own hiring procedures as long as they follow the guidelines of GDs, tests, and personal interviews. Organisations have the option of conducting interviews over the phone/video call. The recruiters are asked to email the Placement Cell as soon as possible with their preferred dates for process.
A number of national and international partnerships, including those with EMAAR, Novo Shoes, Americana Food, and many more, have made it possible for students to apply for internships and jobs. This university’s top recruiters are TP, Genpact, Havells, Daikin, ICICI, Spicejet, HP, and Indian Oil.

Hostels: Boys' and girls' resident hostels are offered separately and independently by the university. There are departmental libraries that are available to each of the Schools of RU and contain books from various academic fields. Clubs: After school hours, students can join a variety of organisations for activities like biking and hiking.
