Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University

Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University was founded in 2009 with the act passed in the State Legislature in Rajasthan. SJJTU is approved by UGC with the private university status, and is a member of Association of Indian Universities. The university is recognised by BNYS, NCTE, PCI, and BCI also. It was set to provide high quality education in the field of technology, science, management, pharmacy, and social sciences.

Vision: The University is working with a vision to make India a developed country by inventing new technology using research. It strives hard to become a prominent education center by disseminating knowledge at par.

Mission: SJJTU mission is to provide high-class education by focusing on providing practical knowledge to students who are deprived of education. It aims to provide education based on industry demands, business opportunities, and research requirements globally.

The university provides courses ranging from diploma to doctorate level. Students are offered various options of courses to choose from. For Ph.D Degree Courses:

To pursue doctorate level courses, students must score at least 55% in the concerned subject in the Master's degree course. Candidates belonging to reserved categories SC / ST / OBC / PwD / EWS categories are eligible for Ph.D admission on securing 50% marks in PG degree exam. In addition to fulfilling the eligibility criteria, students seeking admission for Ph.D courses must prepare a research proposal written manually. 

Shri JJT University believes that every student will be given equal opportunity and right to education irrespective of their caste, creed, religion and financial status. The university thus provides a number of scholarships to the meritorious students and those belonging to reserved category. It provides 50% discount to Chudela Gram Panchayat students, 25% discount to girl students, and special discount to children of widows of the deceased soldiers. Furthermore, SJJTU awards Post Matric Scholarship to SC / ST / OBC and SBC eligible students.
