Homoeopathy University Jaipur was initially started as Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medical College in the year 1965. It was the first Homoeopathy College in Rajasthan. Later the college was renamed as Dr. MPK Homoeopathy Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, named after the governing trust of the university. It got UGC approval as a private university in 2010 and is recognised by CCH. The university is the first to provide a Master's degree in Homoeopathy. It is accredited by the National Commission for Homoeopathy and NABH.

Mission: Its mission is to provide high quality homeopathic education, research and treatment to the patients while attaining professional standards and moral values.
Several medical and paramedical courses like B.H.M.S, M.D, and Ph.D in different disciplines like Repertory, Homeopathic Pharmacy, Pediatrics, Organon of Medicine, etc. are offered by the University.
Admissions for undergraduate course BHMS are subject to performance of the candidates in the qualifying entrance exam. Selection of the candidates for MD courses are based on the order of merit in AIAPGET and availability of seats in the college. For research courses students must qualify in the written test followed by an interview.
