SGGSWU offers financial aid and scholarships to the students. The scholarships are provided based on various Acceptability Norms. To avail the scholarships, students must fulfill the norms as mentioned below:
Sri Guru Granth Sahib Scholarship Scheme: This scholarship is provided to encourage the meritorious and needy students to pursue higher education. To avail the scholarship, students must secure 60% in the qualifying exam and the annual family income must not be more than Rs. 2.5 Lakhs.
Minority Community Scholarships: This scholarship is provided to the meritorious and poor students belonging to minorities. Different scholarships are available under this scheme for minority communities which are provided on the basis of different norms as mentioned in the table:

SGGSWU has a Training and Placement Department which provides guidance and support to the students.
