Central University of Punjab has a total of four hostels established inside the campus, out of which two are boys’ hostels and two are girl’s hostels. The total capacity of these hostels is 1816. These residential areas nearby are lively and joyful which makes the students’ stay peaceful and comfortable.
Central University of Punjab hostels are constructed in such a way which enables the students to access the college and library easily. Central University of Punjab hostels provide the students a bunch of sports activities to choose from. The boys’ hostels have three badminton courts, one volleyball court and one basketball court. The same has been constructed for the girls near the girls’ hostels and is available for use throughout the day. Central University of Punjab hostel food is delicious and healthy. Even though no hostel food can replace home’s food, the caterers try their level best to make the food feel home like. A well lit and spacious two-storey dining hall is provided in the hostels of CUP which can take in up to 650 students. The residents of the hostels gather here to have their meals.
