University of Delhi [DU], New Delhi established in 1922 is a Central University, currently having 15th position in NIRF Ranking 2024 and 85 score out of 760 in QS Asia 2023. The Central Placement Cell (CPC) at the university aims to provide employment opportunities to the students in reputed multinational organisations, private sector, NGO’s, and government organisations. CPC was initiated by DU to change the socio economic scenario in the country wherein new opportunities are emerging in different specialisations. In the pre placement process, students are required to go through placement presentation, placement talks, and slot allocation. On-Campus Recruitment and Off-Campus Recruitment is organised for students. The selection of the students is based on written tests, group discussions, or personal interviews. Based on the performance of students in several parameters, they are provided with a job offer.
The campus of DU is located in a green area of 69 acres. There are different campuses of University of Delhi like North Campus, South Campus, East Campus, and West Campus.
