University of Delhi Faculty Profile, New Delhi

The faculty is experienced and well educated hailing from IITS, DTU, IISC, etc. They are all very ambitious and almost all are friendly. The student teacher ratio is around 1:80 for theory classes and 1:45 for practical and labs. We have smart board like the one now YouTube teachers use to educate students in every room. The professors of my college are very knowledgeable and experienced in their fields. The professors at Delhi University are very supportive also. They use different teaching methods to make learning interesting and easy to understand. Professors explain things clearly and encourage students to ask questions and participate in discussion. They are also really good at solving problems. If a student has a doubt or needs help with project, professors are always there to support and guide them. Many professors are expert in their fields and have years of experience. This makes their classes very informative and insightful. They often share real world examples that help us to relate with the subject. The bond between faculty and students is very strong. Professors are approachable and friendly. The Faculty members here are really good. Overall each one of them are highly educated and are really well in teaching us by giving us more practical knowledge rather than giving full theoretical knowledge. I find this really good side of our college. We even have teachers like Dr. HC Taneja, who is renowned mathematics author who has written various bunch of Engineering Mathematics Books and he teaches Math as our professor. By this you can get an idea that there are really good experienced teachers in our college and We feel really good by studying with them.Read Full Review
