University of Delhi New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

In terms of infrastructure, we have an advantage with centralized AC, lifts, smart boards, and the latest equipment at FOT. We also have access to the DU Central Science Library, stadium, gym, and the picturesque North Campus of DU, featuring lush greenery. My favorite part is having a centralized AC which helps to counter the sweaty summers and heat waves of Delhi. We do need to share our temporary buildings with Faculty of Law, while our separate building is under construction.

Overall, I would rate my campus life as a 6/10 due to the lack of clubs, societies, and events, including a fresher’s party. However, we have a solid foundation for quality education comparable to DTU and IIT’s. We are actively working to establish clubs and organize various events. So I will give it a thought if you want to pursue B.Tech from a prestigious Institute like DU.Read Full Review

Delhi University has two main campus north campus and south campus each with its own unique features and academic blocks. Classroom at Delhi University are well equipped with modern teaching aids like projectors and smart boards. They are spacious and comfortable. Providing a good environment for learning. Delhi University has several libraries with vast collection of books, journals and digital resources. The central library is particularly well stocked and accessible to all students. The canteen at DU offers a variety of food options including snacks, meals and beverages. The food quality is generally good.

Campus Life at Delhi University is vibrant and exciting. There are plenty of clubs and societies like drama, music, dance, and debate which keep the campus lively with events and competitions. The University also hosts numerous cultural festivals and sports activities ensuring there is always something happening. The canteens offer a variety of food options at affordable prices. The overall environment is friendly and social making it easy to make new friends. With good safety measures and various support services available students can focus on both their academic and extracurricular activities.Read Full Review

It is quite an interesting place to share, the science campus. The labs are good and one of the most costliest labs. The Science Library is really great and has a really good facility of computers in it for B.Tech students especially. We have separate floor for every year students so that it can be a easy for faculty to navigate to every year classes. I will rate the Infrastructure as 3/5 because it should expand more because more students are coming here in the coming years. It would be difficult to accumulate these many students at a time but till now my college has stand on my expectations regarding the infrastructure.

So overall campus life is an average experience according to me because we cannot stay within the campus after 8 pm. Our campus is filled with lush green campus consisting of 2 great gardens where students can chill and relax. It has 2 canteens facilities where we can find some good and affordable food for students. College crowed is overall great as you know we are engineering students so they are always ready so chill and are friendly by nature and studious at the same time. Yeah, There are 3-4 clubs which have started recently by us only. I am the president of Music Club in our college where we do some great music and in upcoming years we will grow more. Regarding activities Hackathons are important activity for us. In every summer and winter we have Hackathons arranged within the college and this is the most exciting part. Fests are not arranged there because of less number of students but surely in coming years we are planning to start some really good fests and annual events.
