The Training and Placement Cell at ICFAI University monitors recruitment activities regularly. The team consists of senior executives and professionals who maintain and manage summer internship programs and final recruitment activities. The Team examines the performance level of students and makes sure relevant preparations are being provided to them for their industry placements.
The Internship Program is organised for students either in the final semester or during summer. The Internship Program provides students with practical application skills associated with several circumstances. Students get an opportunity to work in a real corporate environment that enables them to experience the accuracy of professional companies. Students pursuing MCA, BHTM, BCA, and B.Com must undergo summer internships during their second and fourth semesters and those who are studying MBA & MTA must undertake them after the second semester.
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell encourages entrepreneurship among interested students and provides them with proper mentoring and guidance. Career Guidance Sessions inform students about available employment opportunities in various governmental and non-governmental sectors. The training curriculum of the Training & Development Program consists of Resume Preparation, Group Discussions, Personality Development, Interview Skills, Communication Skills, Aptitude Training & Practice Tests, and Email Writing.
