Founded in the year 2005, DY Patil Education Society Kolhapur is offering programs in medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, hospitality studies, pharmacy and allied health sciences with cutting edge research in interdisciplinary fields. These schools and colleges offer various employability-driven programs like MBBS, MD, MS, B.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc in Medical Physics, B.Sc Hospitality Studies, B.Sc in Medical Laboratory, D.Pharma, B.Pharm, etc.
Admission to MBBS and MS / MD are in accordance with the marks secured by the candidates in NEET UG/PG respectively. For the other courses students are admitted based on the merit in the entrance exam conducted by the university. Also, the selection of the candidates depends on the availability of seats in the University for the respective courses.

The Training and Placement Cell at the university is dedicated to provide students with their dream jobs.
