Manav Bharati University has a dedicated placement & training unit that liaises effectively with leading firms and companies in Himachal Pradesh. The T & P department sends out invitations to HR executives of well-known companies engaged in different sectors of trade and commerce to participate in campus recruitment drives. The chief responsibility of the placement & training cell is to organize training programs for students so that they can bag lucrative placements.
The department also makes arrangements for industry captains to address the students as well as organizes industry visits.
