The University awards students with various scholarships to assist them with financial assistance. All the students no matter if they are pursuing UG, diploma, or PG program for the institute are awarded with scholarships if they are eligible for one. The university offers with various financial aids in the form of fellowships, stipends, and scholarships to the students if they perform well in their academics and co-curricular activities at MBU. Note: The scholarship is renewed only if the student maintains the same academic reports at the university. And also maintains an attendance of at least 75% in classes. The University has a functional Training and Placement Cell. It has a separate section at the University for the Cell from where it works effectively. MBU is situated in the rural areas of Solan in Himachal Pradesh with greenery and plantation everywhere. The university is covered with scenic beauty around all times of the year. Academic Blocks: The academic blocks of the university cover a large area and consist of spacious and well-equipped classrooms. The Manav Bharati University came up in the year 2009 in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh as an initiative of the Manav Bharati Charitable Trust. MBU is a self-financed private university situated in the hamlet of Laddo, under the Solan district. The Himachal Pradesh State Legislature passed an act, notified u/s 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956. MBCT, which owns and administers the university, is a not-for-profit charitable body dedicated to promoting higher education, alleviating poverty, and providing healthcare services in Himachal Pradesh.
The trust also offers stipends, fellowships, scholarships, and other pecuniary endowments to meritorious and needy students to enable them to complete their studies. MBCT established the university with the pious objective of fostering higher education in myriad academic fields in the state.
