AP Goyal Shimla University Shimla Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus is huge as the campus is spread over 42 acres and is surrounded by mountains and greenery all around. There were around 30 buildings at the campus as each department had their own building and then the campus had a nursing home. An ambulance was available at the campus 24*7. There were heaters in the classrooms as winters of Shimla is not an unknown territory for anyone. The campus reception has flags of various countries carved on their walls as the university has tie-ups with many foreign universities, some of the professors or chancellors from there used to visit our campus. The infrastructure is definitely the strong foothold of the university.

The distance between my home and campus was so high that I had to rely on university bus service. Whenever I thought of getting involved in some activities at the university, I missed the bus and then had to hitchhike to my home. I learned the art of hitch hiking because of that but it’s the hostellers who rule at the college parties and events as they stay inside the campus.Read Full Review

Infrastructure is pretty impressive and institution is located in totally peaceful area in the Shimla hills. All the significant facilities like ATM, bus stand, hospital etc. are approachable. Classrooms are spacious and we had everything from well equipped laboratories to libraries. There are auditoriums, cafeteria and even the medical support is instantly available for the students. Infrastructure really impressed me and had every facility a student would like to have in their institution.

I had a great experience while my learning in the AP Goyal university. The university offered many adventure and sports facilities like trekking, basketball, boxing etc. We also had indoor games like board games, TT, billiards etc. We also had yoga hall and nature was always handy which assisted our overburdened mind. My main attraction to study there was the surroundings and of course, the best infrastructure and quality education. There was a huge campus with many buildings for different departments. It was equipped with all the necessary infrastructure, equipment, and facilities. Students got well-maintained and modern classrooms, workshops, laboratories, auditoriums for group discussions, and a library. Of course, there was a big playground, cafeteria, and a medical room for students.

I had a great campus life in this university. I came out from my comfort zone for the first time when I took admission there, but I never felt insecure and unsafe. The whole management encouraged students to take part in extracurricular activities for their personal growth. Even, I became a part of every festival celebration, competitions like debates, dancing, etc. I enjoyed to the fullest while studying in this university.Read Full Review
