CHARUSAT University of Science and Technology Placement Cell has a distinct vision and to achieve this, career development initiatives are taken in addition to essential placement cell activities. Every student is provided with one-to-one guidance from the Career Development and Placement Cell, assisting them in pursuing their desired and ideal job.

This Career Development and Placement Cell offers free training to the students and aims for the development of their technical and soft skills as well as grooming their personalities to become professionally employable. Colleges hold their mock campus exams, which include Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews, and Online Assessments, to provide students with a vast and more in-depth understanding of the professional experience. This Placement Cell also conducts expert workshops and seminars on career options in the public sector (including defense), private sector, industry, and self-employment.

Organising job fairs and campus placement and inviting professionals from various industrial sectors, provide vast opportunities to their students. Under its Entrepreneurship Development and Incubation Cell (EDIC), the university serves as a helping hand and source of guidance for any student who wants to launch a start-up. If a student wants to pursue higher education abroad or in India, they can receive all the advice and information they need by visiting the Higher Education Assistance Desk in their respective college.

Additionally, the placement cell offers advice to students on how to get ready for regional, national, and worldwide competitive tests. To motivate and develop a competitive spirit in the students, CHARUSAT also holds numerous technical, national, and international competitions.

The Indian Navy, TATA, Samsung, Adani, Meditab, Crest, Thomson Reuters, and Byju’s are some of the top recruiters for CHARUSAT.

Charotar University Infrastructure and Facilities are as mentioned below:

• Hostels: There are 4 secured girls' hostels on the CHARUSAT campus, providing room for 1200 female students. Whereas, the college has outsourced the residential facility for the boys within a 1km radius of the campus at 8 different hostels accommodating 1500+ male students. The hostels have AC and Non-AC rooms as well as other facilities such as a TV room, guest room, mess/dining hall, reading room, etc.
• Recreational Activities: Both indoor and outdoor activity facilities such as a gymnasium, volleyball and badminton court, table tennis, carom, and chess, as well as current magazines and daily newspapers are provided for the students.
• Internet Facility: Wi-Fi access is available on the campus and at the hostels.
• Student’s Care: Wardens and resident custodians look after the needs of students living in hostels. The CHARUSAT Hospital services are open around-the-clock and are completely free for the students.
• Food Court/Mess: The mess offers three meals every day with a home-like, wholesome, and hygienic quality. In addition, a variety of eateries and food courts are accessible, supplying meals to suit the preferences of the students.
• Transport: For internal requirements on campus, university vehicles are used. Apart from that, the university has provided a transportation facility via contract with an external source.
• Student Wellbeing Programme (SWP): For students who are away from home and finding it difficult to adapt to the new environment at the university and hostels, there is a Student Wellbeing Programme (SWP) to comfort them. There is also a Student Counselling System and the counsellors are required to give an updated report of the students to the HOD or Dean.
• Other Facilities: Other facilities such as RO-purified water, hostels with private storage, geysers, and solar water heaters are provided. Security personnel are guarding the entire campus and cleanliness is maintained by the housekeeping staff.
