Auro University Faculty Profile, Surat

Faculty is great both in terms of quality and numbers. We have enough teachers and every semester new teacher come in. As I said freshness is the essence at Auro and therefore if you are not happy with one teacher you will just be tolerating them for one semester. I don’t know if I am allowed to take names but most of the staff members are keen in knowing students and helping them in their pursuits. The teachers are also locals but possess degrees from some of the finest colleges. The professors too understand that imparting practical knowledge in students will help more and therefore they keep the environment in which one can stay in a bubble. The faculty members though mostly come and go and don’t bother the way students are performing. In a way it’s good as at the end of the day, we as students know what works best for us. I may have not registered my name in professor’s good books but one thing for sure I am not in their bad books either.Read Full Review

The ratio has already been discussed and the teachers too are great. Yes won’t find IIM or some famous colleges in their portfolio but still are good enough to take care of the students. The college timings are from 11am to 5 pm and sometimes they used to extend that as well. The syllabus wasn’t that vast and therefore the professors never rushed in completing the course. They also used to crack jokes in the classes and their teaching methods were also innovative. They always use to tell the importance of practical’s and also taught us the importance of them.

The faculty also used to encourage the students to showcase the student’s other skills during the fest. Many colleges from Gujarat came and participated during our college fest. We won most of them and that’s because we had a home advantage. In short, the faculty was kind enough to the students and took interest in student’s activities.Read Full Review
