KLU Guntur BCA Fees Structure 2025 & Admission Process

I joined BCA in the year 2022. I was from Biology stream in 12th and attempted for NEET twice. I couldn’t get into MBBS so my next choice was getting into Software stream. It allows students from Science stream to choose this particular course. Entry requirement is that you should be 12th passed. Each year has 2 semesters and each semester has 2 in-sem exams (mid) and 1 end sem exam followed by lab exams. Academics prepare you pretty well for real life challenges.

The primary reasons behind selecting this course were: passion for technology and innovation, high demand in the industry, and KL University’s strong reputation. An entrance exam is required for getting into the KL University. Online registration, entrance exam, counseling and final admission and fee payment is required. Internal assessments, end semester exams, lab and practical exams are conducted here regularly. For one semester there are two internal assessments and every year four internal assessments and two semesters are conducted.

In the year 2022, many of the students chose B.Tech and they have been charging more money for the same. I had decided to take BCA course. We should write entrance exam of KL University or any other entrance exam. Minimum of 60% is needed to qualify for BCA seat. First they will charge Rs. 15,000 for admission fees and they will tell you to pay 1st semester fees. Based on the intermediate marks and entrance exam marks they will decide how much fees to pay per semester. The academics have well defined courses that are very useful for students.

The fee for bachelor computer & applications in KL University in the year 2022 per semester was Rs. 90,000 and then year wise was for two semesters was Rs. 1,80,000. In present year 2025, the fees has been increased per semester so the fee now is Rs. 1,37,000 and year wise for two semesters the fee is Rs. 2,24,000. Admission fee charged is Rs. 15,000. By gaining good score in the entrance exams or intermediate board exams they will decrease the fee and will offer special discounts based on the category of students.
