Dravidian University hostel provides residential facilities for both men and women. The eligibility criteria for availing of Dravidian University Hostel facilities are as follows:

• All the students that live outside a radius of 20 kilometers of the Dravidian University hostel are eligible for taking hostel accommodation. 
• All women students are provided with a hostel facility.
• There is limited accommodation for male students. Hostels are allotted considering the distance of their hometown and are subject to availability.

Dravidian University hostel rooms are very spacious, well-furnished, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Hostel facilities include: 

• Regulated and well-maintained Mess facility for both men's and women's hostel
• Wi-Fi facility is available in the hostels

Dravidian University hostel food is quite decent and students will have no complaints regarding the quality of food served. Proper hygiene is maintained in the mess and a healthy balanced diet is provided to all the students.

Not obeying Dravidian University hostel rules can result in strict disciplinary actions. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes is strictly prohibited.
