Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry established in 2006 is a State University. Adikavi Nannaya University Rajahmundry is approved by NCTE, AICTE and UGC, and is accredited by NAAC and NBA. Admission in Adikavi Nannaya University is offered in Engineering, Management and Humanities at UG/ PG level.
The establishment of Adikavi Nannaya University was done in the year 2006 with the aim of combining cultural aspects and modern demands of education. It is an UGC approved university that has NAAC “B+” grade accreditation and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The vision of the university is to mix classroom lecture methods with practical learning process in order to nurture students for their intellectual transformation. It is dedicated to accomplish its mission through exceptional research and practices by taking excellent ideas from students, faculties, and alumni.

National and International seminars, conferences, and workshops are organised within the campus that provide students opportunities to enhance their leadership and team working skills that will assist them in their professional career.

The learning environment of the campus provides students multiple opportunities for their holistic development. There is a central library named Dr BR Ambedkar Central Library within the premises of Adikavi Nannaya University that contains a rich collection of approximately 100000+ books and other academic resources. The library has around 3 floors in the central building. It provides comfortable seating arrangements in the various reading rooms for students to encourage discussions and reading sessions. Students can also access online reading resources. The campus also has hostel facilities for boys and girls in separate buildings. Sports facilities are also available within the campus to encourage physical development of students. There is a Sports Board that supervises all the sports activities and guides students accordingly.
