Despite being remarkably young, Al-Ameen Institute of Information Sciences already has a full-fledged training & placement cell. The placement section of the T&P department has played a key role in helping final-year MCA and BCA students find high-paying jobs in well-known IT companies. The training wing of the T&P cell ensures that all students are groomed effectively so that they can sail through the interview process.
The training and placement department endeavors to establish collaborations and partnerships with leading IT firms and companies. The department sends out invitations to HR executives of reputed IT concerns requesting them to participate in the placement drive. The T&P cell also tries to boost up the academia-industry interface by organizing live projects, and addresses by industry captains.
The department organizes training sessions where students receive guidance on how to develop and fine-tune their personal and professional skills. AIIS students have found lucrative jobs in Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Mindtree, Mphasis, and Cyient.
