The cell conducts training sessions for placement drive before its commencement. Three things which remain in focus while grooming students are ABC-attitude, behavior, and communication. The college placement cells hold development sessions for their students before they confront recruiters. These sessions include career counseling, resume writing, workshops organization, and summer internships, etc. The student placement committee constitutes the placement cell that continuously toils to achieve the goal of 100% placement of its students. While the primary focus remains on maximum campus selection, the placement cell also ensures that the students are offered excellent opportunities in top-class companies on a decent salary package. Ms. Neeta Jadhav is serving as the Placement Executive at the Cell along with other experienced and trained members.
