The college has a Placement and Training (PAT) Centre whose function is to conduct campus placement drives by coordinating with the industries. Lectures are organised for providing career counseling to students by experienced corporate personnel. Internship opportunities are also facilitated which help students in acquiring practical knowledge about the corporate world.

Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College has aesthetically designed infrastructure which is developed on 30 acres of land. Smart classrooms are used to facilitate e-learning by students. Buses are available for to and fro commute by students from different areas of the city to campus. There are various other facilities such as:

• Library: The College houses a fully air-conditioned central library that is developed on a 4500 square meters area. It comprises of a wide range of reading collections such as 142000+ volumes of books, 21000+ titles, 1200+ back volumes, 2900+ CDs & DVDs, national & international journals, etc. It has a reading space of around 600 students. Digital library provides access to 2900+ e-journals including J-Gate, ASCE, ASME, and others. The library has membership of CSI, DELNET, NDL, and e-ShodhSindhu.
• Laboratories: Central computing facility (CCF) consists of a number of PCs that are connected with LAN to satisfy the computing requirements of students. Practical training is facilitated for students in departmental laboratories according to their streams. The campus houses below mentioned labs:
  • Engineering Physics Laboratory
  • Basic Science Laboratory
  • Programming Lab
  • Networking and Simulation Lab and many others.
• Hostels: There are 6 housing blocks and each can accommodate around 100 students. Each block has approx 10-15 dormitories with all modern and necessary facilities. Dining space for around 900 students at a time is available where hygienic and nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are served to students according to their choice.
• Cafeteria: The campus has a cafeteria which is equipped with televisions and has a proper seating facility. Cafeteria serves south Indian, north Indian, and various other food and beverage items at affordable rates.
• Sports: SVEC Tirupati has playgrounds and stadiums with sufficient facilities for games like volleyball, basketball, tennis, badminton, cricket, throwball, etc. Various indoor courts are also available with state of art facilities. The Department of Physical Education motivates students to stay mentally and physically fit by participating in several sporting events and activities.
• Medical Facilities: 24/7 medical facilities are provided to students at SVEC Health Centre by an experienced doctor. A dispensary and medical room is also available in the college premises for providing first aid facilities to students. Students are referred to RUYA Govt. Hospital / SVIMS Hospital in case of any emergencies.
• Seminar Halls: There are fully furnished seminar halls which have smart boards, audio-visual devices, and other modern technology aids. Around 120 students can be seated in a seminar hall at a time.
• Auditorium: SVEC houses an air-conditioned auditorium with all required facilities which is known as “Dasari Auditorium”.
• Additional Facilities: Banking Facility with ATM, Parking Facility, Conference Hall, Multimedia Centre, Guest House, and many other facilities.
